The First Step Is the Hardest

Also an old one...this was done in 2005. for the internet mp3 download of the demo version of the song "Prvi korak je najtezi" (The first step is the hardest) by Jarboli. Since the song only has 2 chords, I got this idea to put the chords on the cover. So I picked up the guitar and tried to figure out the chords...when I finished the drawing I called Daniel who wrote the song to check if the chords are right... turns out that I got the second chord wrong:) So I had to correct the drawing. That's how untalented for music I am (not to say that I AM talented for anything else). So this drawing will come handy to amateur music enthusiasts (like myself) who like this song and would like to try to play it. If you only know how to play a few chords, you can still play a lot of great songs that are simple but well crafted and get a great amout of enjoyment out of it... A while ago, I spent a good part of the day playing only "Dosed" and "Universally speaking" by Chili Peppers... Mind blowing chord changes! Really nice lyrics too, feels so good to sing and play these songs, I really got carried away.

Postcards from Germany

Just got back from Germany! It was just amazing! So many things happened and I'm so full of
impressions, so inspired that I could easily write a small book about it, but let's stick to just a
few moments I photographed, I don't want to waste too much of your time.

So... I was part of the "Interzone" comic workshop and exhibition in Erfurt organized by Ruzica Devic. The gang was great: Aleksandar Zograf, Sandra Uhlitzsch, Rita Braga, Craoman, Vuk Palibrk...
...we did comics about Erfurt, I chose to do a story about "Condomi" - factory of condoms that was the only producer of condoms in OSTDEUTSCHLAND, back in the day...That's Ruza the organizer on the photo...I mean half of Ruza.
Wherever you travel, it's always a good idea to visit the local sex shop, just to get a good supply of toys for the fun in the evening...
I want to know -  therefore I go! We visited Bauhaus university in Weimar.
This is Gropius' room.
The girl who was our tour guide there was dressed in the same colours as Gropius' furniture.
Beauuuutiful Weimar, a perfect place to start a family, in my opinion.
Always a good idea to play a little music before going to sleep.
 Beautiful Berlin...
Couple of friends I met at the Berlin flea market.
Saw a Peaches show "Peaches does herself" on a Halloween night! Fucking amazing! So inspiring! Peaches is my hero.
Met Michael in Berlin...Michael is from Athens, Georgia. Apparently he has a small band going on. Every once in a while he invites his friends to his house and they play some music. This is my favourite song "On the fly" recorded at Michael's house: http://streamos.wbr.com/download/wbr/remhq/takeaway/TakeAwayShow_REM-3-QT.zip
U u u how I love Michael! He's one of the people who raised me.
Visited "Color fields" exhibition at the Guggenheim museum in Berlin, this is amazing work by Frank Stella.
And Gene Davis...
